◦ Can I visit you in person and choose items ? 

We have a live showroom displaying all the items that are on www.shop4shops.in. You are most welcome to visit us on weekdays including saturday between 10 am and 6 pm. Please call us before coming so that you dont end up waiting. Also please note that the items and their prices will remain the same as what you see on the website. ◦ Can I order singles ? 

We would like you to know that we sell on MOQ basis which means in each model we have you need to buy a Minimum Order Quantity which usually covers all the sizes and is as small as 3 or 4 or 5 pcs. We don't sell singles or do drop shipping. You need to buy MOQ and ship to your customers.   

◦ Are your products fresh and good quality ? 

Yes, 100 % fresh goods. Quality checked twice. Guaranteed refund if defects found

◦ Are the brands original ? 

Yes, we deal only in originals. However we may not be able to provide you a brand cretificate because the items we deal are export surplus and we dont have license to market these items. 

◦ After placing an order can I edit it ?

◦ What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) at Shop4shops ? 

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) for clothing packs differs from item to item and is mentioned as the first item in the details. Typically starts from 3-5 pieces and can go up to 30 pieces. This allows you the flexibility to choose the quantity that best suits your business needs and inventory requirements. 

◦ Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders? 

For our clothing products, we offer the option to order by the box with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 100 pieces per model number. Ordering in larger quantities can provide you with significantly better rates, allowing you to maximize your savings and profitability. Please note that the rates for box orders will be provided at a discounted rate compared to smaller quantity purchases and the rates can be obtained by sending a screen-shot of the item or the model number to +919842211114

◦ How can I place an order on your website?

Adding items to cart and checking out

1.Register by clicking on the "Your Account" link on the top right hand-side corder

2.Add desired items to your cart.

3. Proceed to the checkout page. 

4. Review order details and select shipping method.

5. Provide shipping and billing information.

6. Make payment online or via bank transfer.

Once payment is processed, we prepare and ship your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

When you open a product, you will see the option to "CHOOSE YOUR PACK"

Click on the whatsapp order button inside the box of the pack you choose. You will notice whatsapp opens with a pre-composed text which is the model number of the item you wanted to order. Send the message. Go back to the website and repeat this process for all the products you want to order. Once completed, please send a whatsapp message to that same number saying "DONE", after which someone will get in touch with you for your delivery address and email ID. Provide them the information and they will place the order for you. THey also send you the amount to pay and payment details. Make payment and they will ship the goods for you 

◦ What is your shipping policy? 

We offer multiple shipping options to cater to your preferences. When you place an order, we can ship your goods using reliable carriers such as DTDC or Amazon Logistics if within India. These shipping partners ensure timely and secure delivery of your products.

If you are from outside India, you will be prompted to chosoe between Fedex or DHL, and each will show you the cost of  shipping. You may choose the best option depending on the cost and preference. The. shipping cost gets added to the payable amount. Alternatively, if you prefer to arrange your own transportation, we can notify you when the goods are packed and ready for pickup. Once the payment has been made, we will inform you of the readiness of the order. You can then arrange your own transport to collect the goods from our location. 

Our goal is to provide flexibility in shipping options to accommodate your specific needs and preferences, ensuring that your ordered goods reach you in a timely and efficient manner. 

◦ Can I track my order once it has been shipped? 

Once your order has been picked up by the selected shipping carrier, we will send you a whatsapp containing a tracking number within the second day. This tracking number can be used to track your parcel's progress on the respective logistics website of the shipping carrier. By entering the tracking number on their website, you will be able to monitor the real-time status and location of your parcel during transit. This tracking feature allows you to stay informed about the progress of your shipment until it reaches its destination.

◦ What is your return and exchange policy? 

Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods received (which is very rare), we offer the following options: 

Return of Entire MOQ: You have the option to return the entire minimum order quantity (MOQ). We understand that returning the entire MOQ may be a rare occurrence, but if it happens, we will provide you with store credit for your next order or offer a refund upon your request. Please note that the logistics cost for the return will not be covered by us in this case 

Partial Returns: However, if you decide to return less than the MOQ, we will not be able to accept the return. To be eligible for a return, all pieces of the MOQ must be returned. This policy ensures that the integrity of the packaged units is maintained. 

For quality reasons if you want to return you have 30 days time to bring it up. We shall refund the amount. If required for verification we may request you to send the garment back to us but we will pay for the courier 

◦ Do you offer customization or private labeling options? 

No, we specialize in export surplus clothing and do not provide customizations or private labeling services. Our focus is on offering high-quality clothing at competitive prices which does not accommodate labelling costs. 

◦ Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order? 

Our MOQ starts from 3-5 pieces. We understand that once you experience our products and service, you will gain trust in our offerings, which can lead to future orders and a mutually beneficial business relationship.

We apologize, but we only list clothing items on our website that are currently in stock. Once an item is sold out, it is automatically removed from the website. It is not advisable to add an item to your cart and leave it, as someone else may purchase it, especially if it is the last piece available. We recommend checking the 
website regularly for updates on available stock and placing your order promptly to secure the desired items.

As our clothing items are export surplus, sizes may vary depending on the brand. However, we provide detailed size ratio and GSM (grams per square meter) information on the product page for each item. There is no separate account for wholesale in this vertical as the portal is aimed at servicing non-chain stores with 1-2 outlets, whose requirements are typically less than 1 dozen max per style.
